Project to Enhance Messer’s Supply Chain Resilience Across the Region
Bridgewater, N.J., U.S., July 20, 2026 – Messer, a leading industrial gases company, has announced a strategic investment of approximately $280 million to construct a world-scale air separation unit (ASU) complex in McGregor, Texas. This marks Messer’s second investment in McGregor and reinforces its commitment to meeting the growing demand for industrial gases in Central Texas while strengthening its network of production facilities across the state.

The new ASU complex will come on-stream in 2027 and will play a vital role in enhancing supply reliability and operational efficiency for Messer’s customers throughout the region
