The new, patented Wave Impingement Freezer combines the efficiency of nitrogen impingement freezing with a wave-action to provide seafood processors production increases of up to 20-50% and improved quality for individually quick frozen (IQF) foods.
With a fully-adjustable wave-action on the conveyor belt, Messer’s new Wave Impingement Freezer gives seafood processors the ability to switch between fish fillets and IQF products like shrimp.
