Welcome to the epicenter of innovation and customer solutions in applied gas technologies - the Messer Technical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Here, our team of Messer engineers demonstrate leading application technologies to customers and innovate to address emerging industry needs.
At Messer, we believe that excimer lasers and related laser technologies help change the world. After working for decades in close collaboration with leading laser manufacturers, we have become the premier supplier of pure excimer laser gases, excimer laser gas mixtures and laser equipment.
Messer's 13000 Series Scrubber Canisters are of slightly larger diameter (4.5” vs 4.0”) than other series scrubbers. The canister has a lower height to accommodate the same volume of media as other scrubbers, and scrubber media is specifically formulated for Laser Gases.
It is often necessary to have just one or two toxic gas cabinets in a facility that does not already have a ducting system with centralized exhaust scrubber for toxic gases. Messer developed a complete scrubbing system with integrated redundancy that can be installed on top of Messer’s line of Gas Management Cabinets.
The Messer 50000 Series Scrubber has 50 percent more media volume than the competing series scrubber. The diameter is slightly larger than the Spectra offering (6.5” vs 5.8”). This is an advantage in gas cabinets with auto change over with two size 200 laser gas mix cylinders. The scrubber has sufficient capacity to scrub the contents of two cylinders without breakthrough.
Messer's Regulator Assembly for Excimer Laser Gas Mixes is a single-stage cylinder regulator for corrosive and critical purity applications.
Messer Gas Management Safety Systems (GMSS) can identify more than 30 toxic and reactive gases and enable an easy annual exchange with freshly calibrated detectors, without tools.
Messer has developed a drop-in replacement Scrubber Element to replace Part Number 10036 used in SpectraPure F5300 Scrubber Systems. These scrubber elements are required to be replaced annually or following a toxic gas release.
Messer has developed the toxic gas detector (TGD) for the safe storage and management of gases. Each of Messer's TGDs are calibrated to detect a specific toxic or reactive gas. (Messer offers sensors for over 30 gases.)
Toxic Gas Detector Retrofit Kit can replace competing Series 6400 Gas Detectors used in gas cabinets and 5300 Series Room Purifier/Scrubber Systems. It is supplied with an easy to install retrofit kit comprising of a junction box and mounting bracket.
Messer Excimer Laser Gas Scrubber & Purifiers incorporate two alternative mounting arrangements to meet customer-specific needs. The base unit incorporates a 1,000 cfm blower and scrubber element in an aluminum frame. These scrubbers all incorporate scrubber elements which are required to be replaced annually or following a toxic gas release.
